For our vegan customers, we are able to make our organic mattresses without the wool layer for a pure latex mattress encased in our unique organic cotton and hemp cover. A selection of these all natural latex mattress styles come with a removable and washable cover for convenience.

If you prefer a firmer feel, our range includes two coconut fibre mattresses that offer strong support due to the density of the coconut coir. To provide some necessary cushioning, our Deluxe and Supreme coconut fibre mattresses have layers of organic latex on either side of the coir core to create a more comfortable feel without losing any of the firm support.

Benefits of Natural Materials

The certified organic latex we use is naturally hypo-allergenic, antibacterial, flame retardant, dust mite-resistant, and antifungal. Subject to the strict regulations of the GOTS and OEKO-TEX 100 certification standards, every stage of the production process has been designed to ensure our healthy mattresses are free from harmful toxins and extremely low in VOCs. Moreover, the breathable open cell structure of the organic latex facilitates the dissipation of heat makes our allergy friendly mattresses cool and comfortable throughout the night, perfect for hotter climates such as the Sunshine Coast.

In addition to the organic latex’s naturally breathable composition, the untreated wool which forms the outer layer of our pure latex mattress is a superb natural temperature regulator. Should you prefer your Australian made latex mattress to be vegan, our entire range of organic latex mattresses can be made without wool.

Sustainability and Ethically Manufacturing

Grown in Sri Lanka, the organic latex used in the core layers of our chemical free mattresses is sourced from sustainable plantations. Fair practice is one of our key values and we strived to find suppliers that share these priorities. Our business partner in Sri Lanka pays their workers a fair wage and betters the communities they operate within by offering programs.

In addition to our commitment to the fair treatment of workers, we also work to ensure the latex harvesting methods are as low-impact and sustainable as possible. The organic latex trees are not cut down but are instead tapped, so that their sap may be harvested many times.

Mattress Sizing

Whether you are looking to buy a queen size latex mattress or a latex king mattress, we offer a variety of mattress styles that can cater to a range of firmness preferences. Our organic latex mattresses are available in all standard sizes. This includes single, king-single, double, queen size latex mattress, king size latex mattress and super-king. For single and double pure latex mattresses, the mattress can be made to a length of 188cm or 193cm.

Delivery Options

The Natural Bedding Company delivers all mattress and furniture orders within the Sydney metro area with our own mattress team. Customers in Mosman, Burwood, Surry hills, Waterloo, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth and other Sydney suburbs have access to a delivery service that includes mattress setup and furniture assembly by our staff members. * For orders outside of Sydney, such as Melbourne, the Gold Coast, or the Sunshine Coast we utilise our trusted courier partners to deliver your items safely and in a timely manner.
