An excellent pillow for allergy sufferers as latex is hypoallergenic, hygienic and antibacterial, dust mite, mould and mildew resistant without any added chemicals. This pillow comes with a removable/washable (cool water) certified organic cotton cover. Please note, the latex insert is non washable. Handcrafted in our own Sydney workshop. The wool we work with is Australian Downs wool and is natural and untreated, while the duck down we use is certified to the Responsible Down Standard. Please keep in mind as with any new pillow it may take a week or so to adjust.

To keep your natural pillow fresh and increase its longevity, we recommend the use of a pillow protector as well as regular airing. Standing your pillow up on it’s side each morning will help provide airflow to the underside. This pillow contains our Organic Latex, we advise keeping the latex out of direct sunlight to ensure a longer-life span and keep the latex from degrading. This pillow also features a removable cover which can be washed in cold water and line dried. We advise against washing your latex pillow insert or using sprays.

Shipping
We ship our bedding accessories and pillows from Monday to Friday, same day where possible, subject to products being in stock and available. In-stock items will be dispatched no later than 3 business days from order via Australia Post or one of our third-party courier partners. Delivery timeframes are estimated to be 3-10 days after dispatch, and tracking details will be supplied once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates start from $10 for standing shipping, medium + large orders/items will be charged at a higher rate. The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.
Returns and Exchanges
We can offer a store credit or exchange on all bedding accessories except pillows. Please note that we’re unable to issue refunds for change-of-mind returns. Provided you have not used your item or removed the packaging, simply email our team to notify them of your change of mind - contact us here to organise your return. We’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to start the process. If your change-of-mind return is approved, you will need to return the items/s to our Sydney Warehouse in original packaging at your own cost.
You must return a product within 14 days of receiving the items, in unused condition with all original packaging to our warehouse, for a store credit or exchange. The cost of shipping for returned goods and replacement goods must be covered by the customer. We suggest you use registered mail to ensure the goods reach us safely. The returned goods must be received by our team before replacement goods can be dispatched.
Items that are purchased during a sale, custom made or at a discounted price are not able to be returned or exchanged.
