To keep your natural pillow fresh and increase its longevity, we recommend the use of a pillow protector as well as regular airing. Standing your pillow up on it’s side each morning will help provide airflow to the underside. This pillow contains our Organic Latex, we advise keeping the latex out of direct sunlight to ensure a longer-life span and keep the latex from degrading. This pillow also features a removable cover which can be washed in cold water and line dried. We advise against washing your latex pillow insert or using sprays.

Our warehouse team do their best to check every item prior to shipment, however if a product has slipped through the cracks and you receive something that contains a fault please reach out to us so we can rectify this for you.

Due to the range of customers we deal with, many having severe allergies and sensitivities, there are certain products within our range that we are unable to return because they cannot be resold even if a customer says the product is unused. As you can understand, some people after trying the a product would still claim it to be unused and we just cannot risk selling this product to a different customer who may experience an adverse reaction.

Exactly what I wanted. Ordered one to test and a second once confident in the product. If you like latex pillows but need a king size - they’re hard to find but this may just be what you’re looking for.

Huge fan of latex pillows.. upgraded to a king from my adairs latex standard pillow but this is a really firm pillow. We have a firm mattress and it is like sleeping on that. I had a headache and had to change pillows overnight. Never had a problem with latex prior. wasted money :(

Most of our customers find them to be quite spongy and have a little more give than the standard size latex pillows, due to the extra width. If possible we do always recommend coming in store to try the extensive range of pillows we offer. Otherwise if you reach out to our team someone will be able to assist you in selecting a pillow which may best suit your preferences. There can be a difference in feel between latex & certified organic latex pillows. This is due to the synthetic fillers which are present in uncertified latex, resulting in a feel that is less dense and may be comparable to poly/memory foams.

Absolutely love it, the most comfortable pillow I have owned and the size is awesome in our king bed. My wife got a new pillow at the same time but went the standard size and now has buys regret. So I guess we will be back for another King.

The quality of this pillow is fantastic.
However, it unfortunately isn’t for us as it is firm and a med-high loft. Rating 4-stars as it’s beautiful and would be brilliant for anyone looking for a firm pillow and prefers some height to their pillow.
If you prefer a low pillow, this is not the right choice for you.
Unfortunately NBC don’t offer any other styles for King Pillow sizes, so we’ll need to look elsewhere for some low pillows.
