Therapeutically designed, our contour latex pillow cradles your head and neck to encourage natural postural alignment. The pillow is designed with a flat underside to provide a stable base with the contour running along the pillow’s topside. Specifications

An excellent pillow for allergy sufferers, our organic latex is hypoallergenic, hygienic and antibacterial, dust mite, as well as mould and mildew resistant without any added chemicals. This pillow comes with a removable/washable (cool water) certified organic cotton cover. Please note, that the latex insert itself is not washable. Handcrafted in our own Sydney workshop. Please keep in mind as with any new pillow it may take a week or so to adjust.

Guarantee & Product Care

To keep your natural pillow fresh and increase its longevity, we recommend the use of a pillow protector as well as regular airing. Standing your pillow up on it’s side each morning will help provide airflow to the underside. This pillow contains our Organic Latex, we advise keeping the latex out of direct sunlight to ensure a longer-life span and keep the latex from degrading. This pillow also features a removable cover which can be washed in cold water and line dried. We advise against washing your latex pillow insert or using sprays.

Our warehouse team do their best to check every item prior to shipment, however if a product has slipped through the cracks and you receive something that contains a fault please reach out to us so we can rectify this for you.

Shipping

We can deliver our latex mattresses within the Sydney metropolitan region from Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 3:30pm and this includes assembly (we need a clear and safe space for this). Unfortunately, we can’t move or get rid of your old mattress for you. For most other locations in Australia we can organise delivery with a courier or freight company – there is no set cost as it depends on size and weight, as well as where you live. These couriers will require assistance when your mattress and/or furniture arrives.

To check freight charges for your location before placing an order, use the estimate shipping tool at checkout, or feel free to contact us. Depending on the item/s and the delivery location, in some circumstances unusually high freight charges may be incurred. If you want to organise pickup from a depot in a major city this can significantly reduce freight costs.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer change of mind returns or exchanges on our mattresses as they are produced on a made to order basis. If there is an issue with a faulty item, we will repair or replace it.

Items that are purchased during a sale, custom made, ordered in specially for you or at a discounted price, are not able to be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All mattresses, toppers and furniture are not returnable or exchangeable unless faulty
