Your topper is made to order and will generally take up to 10-15 working days to complete. Custom sizes may take additional time.
Single and Double sizes have changed with the introduction of more European brands to the market. Please advise which of the above lengths your single or double topper is required to be.
Guarantee & Product Care
All Organic Latex toppers come with a 5 year manufacturers guarantee.
The Natural Bedding Company guarantee covers the following:
- Manufacturing defect
- Material defect
The Natural Bedding Company guarantee does not cover the following:
- Body imprint in mattress. A body imprint of up to 30mm is considered normal and not a defect.
- Mould
- Picking up/ collecting or delivering any returned goods under warranty. Charges will apply for this service as per consumer law.
- A topper that is found by TNBC to be in a stained or unsanitary condition.
- A topper that is not to your liking such as being too firm or too soft.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by mishandling.
To prevent mould from occurring on covers and padding materials, it is the customer’s responsibility to turn the topper over regularly and ensure adequate aeration. The topside of these toppers are self-airing, however it is necessary to feel the underside often to check for dampness. If dampness is felt, air your topper in direct sunlight, or dry off thoroughly with a fan or blow dryer.
This topper features a removable and washable cover. The cover must ONLY be washed in cool water and line dried, DO NOT put in a tumble dryer. Ensure care is taken when putting the cover back on the topper to avoid tearing the shell. If the topper becomes soiled or mouldy and you wish to wash the cover please email support@naturalbedding.com.au for instructions on how best to treat your topper and instructions on putting the cover back on can be found on our Product Care page.
Our warehouse team do their best to check every item prior to shipment, however if a product has slipped through the cracks and you receive something that contains a fault please reach out to us so we can rectify this for you.
Organic Latex

Our carbon-neutralised Organic Latex is tested and certified to ensure it is non-toxic, and, being latex, it boasts impressive natural properties such as being anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, dust mite resistant and is naturally flame retardant. We source this from a trusted supplier in Sri Lanka that our company director, Andrew, has personally visited. This latex also features a 7 posture zone support system, is produced using the dunlop method and has both GOLS and STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certifications.
Coir
(Supreme, Deluxe, Cot & Bassinet Mattress)
Fibres are stripped/shredded from the coconut shells, soaked in fresh water, and coiled into long ropes before being allowed to dry. Once dry they are unravelled, and a thin layer is fed into a machine which sprays the fibres with GOLS Certified liquid Organic Latex. These are layered and then compressed to the required density before being cut to size.
Untreated Australian Downs Wool

Sourced from farms in southern parts of Australia, the Downs Wool we use is of the highest standard. It has not been carbonised, nor does it undergo harsh chemical treatments of any kind. It is simply washed using a natural detergent which leaves a lot of the natural lanolin on the wool and ensures it has plenty of bounce. Not only does this make the wool great for chemically sensitive individuals but it also reduces the toxic waste produced from the wool industry.
Organic Cotton & Hemp Fabric

The mattress covers are an organic blend specifically designed by TNBC for durability and breathability. The blend is 55% natural Hemp & 45% Organic Cotton, sourced from a supplier in New Zealand that utilises both WRAP and the Higg Index to ensure sustainable and ethical practices are upheld during production. There are no harmful chemicals used during the growth cycle of the cotton and as the growing of hemp is pretty flexible this removes the need for herbicides, synthetic fertiliser or pesticides to aid crop growth. During the fabric manufacturing the factory only use Oeko-tex certified processing agents to protect colour consistency.
