We care deeply about sustainability and working with low-tox materials, and we believe our products reflect this commitment. Opening in the Spring of 2021, Queensland customers can look forward to our new Gold Coast store that will showcase our full range of natural latex pillows and beds.
Certified to the GOTS and OEKO-TEX 100 standards, the organic latex we use is naturally flame retardant, dust mite-resistant, hypo-allergenic, antibacterial and antifungal. The latex is subject to strict regulations at every stage of the production process to ensure the final product is free from harmful toxins and has very low-VOCs.
Head & Neck Support
Therapeutically designed, our latex pillow range offers comfort and support for a variety of preferences. The standard latex pillow features an elliptical shape and has a lower density latex centre with a firmer edge to ensure even alignment for your head and neck. Additionally, the contour latex pillow features a flat underside and curved topside that supports your head in a manner to encourage the natural alignment of your spine.

Constructed using only natural materials, an organic latex pillow is perfect for allergy sufferers or those with chemical sensitivities. The absence of synthetics at all stages of production ensures our latex pillows are very low in VOCs and ideal for a low-tox home.
Latex is a robust material that will bounce back after use to provide lasting support. Its natural elasticity provides premier comfort and assists in postural alignment.
Cool, Breathable Sleep
Unlike synthetic pillows which can release harmful irritants after interacting with the body’s natural heat, our organic latex pillows are low-tox and healthy. Designed with a breathable open cell structure that allows heat to dissipate, these pillows can keep you cool and comfortable, even in hotter climates such as on the Gold Coast. For hot sleepers concerned about perspiration, we offer latex & wool pillows. The untreated natural wool will wick away moisture and is an excellent natural thermoregulator.
Higher Profile Pillows
For those interested in a higher profile, we offer our organic latex pillows with either an outer layer of wool or encased in a down cover. Certified to the Responsible Down Standard, the organic latex & down pillows provide the same targeted support but with a soft, luxurious outer layer. Similarly, the organic latex & wool pillow provides extra thickness and also offers better temperature regulation. Both of these pillows can be made with either a contoured or elliptical insert.
Sustainably Sourced, Ethically Made
Grown in Sri Lanka, the organic latex found in our latex pillows is sourced from sustainable plantations. We care deeply about ethical practice at every stage of production and only partner with businesses that pay their workers a fair wage and better the communities they are located in by offering programs.
In addition to treating workers fairly, we also work to ensure the latex harvesting methods are low-impact and sustainable. The latex trees are not cut down, instead they are tapped and their sap is collected, allowing each tree to be harvested many times.
King Size Pillows
In addition to our regular size pillows, we offer the elliptical latex pillow in a King Size. This pillow has the same design and properties as the standard size pillow but is made to fit perfectly across a King Bed as a pair.
Product Care
Our latex pillows come with a removable/washable (cool water) certified organic cotton cover. Please note, the latex insert is not washable. For pillows made with wool, we advise against taking off the organic cotton cover. Instead, regularly air your pillow to keep it fresh.

A double mattress is 137cm wide and comes in two lengths, the standard 188cm or a longer 193cm for taller sleepers. Because every mattress is made to order, we can confirm the exact size with you before we build it.
No, latex tends to sleep cooler than memory foam. Its open cell structure lets air move through the mattress rather than trapping heat against you, and the natural wool layer helps regulate temperature, so it stays comfortable on warmer nights as well as cold ones.
A well-made natural latex mattress can last 15 to 20+ years, considerably longer than most conventional spring mattresses, because latex is durable and holds its shape over time. A little care extends that further. Checking the underside for moisture and using a slatted base for airflow will get you the most years out of it.
A double comfortably suits one person who likes room to spread out. Two adults can share one, but at 137cm wide it gives each person around 68cm, which is narrower than a single bed. If you sleep two every night and want more space, a queen is usually the better choice. A double is ideal for solo sleepers, guest rooms and smaller bedrooms.
Because every mattress is handcrafted to order in our Sydney workshop, it is not an off-the-shelf product, so allow time for us to make yours. Lead times vary depending on the model and how busy the workshop is, so the best thing is to get in touch and we will give you a current estimate for your size and delivery area.
